I represent a hotel

Use claim your hotel to correct your website link, description or contact details, or to ask for removal. It is free. No hotel pays to be listed, ranked or linked, and claiming does not change where you appear.

Something is wrong in a listing

Tell us the hotel page URL and what is wrong. Details come from public sources plus AI-generated summaries, so errors happen. Known limits worth checking before reporting:

• About half the directory has no published star class, so star filters hide a lot
• We hold no prices and no availability — those live on the hotel's own site
• Coverage is uneven: deep in Western Europe and leisure destinations, thin or absent in many business-travel markets

A city has no hotels

That usually means we genuinely have none there yet, not that search is broken — we would rather tell you plainly than show you something irrelevant. Tell us what we're missing and it goes on the list that decides where we collect next.

Using the directory from an AI assistant

The directory is available to AI assistants as a public, read-only interface — search hotels, look one up, and check whether a destination is covered. It is free and needs no key. Email us if you are connecting an assistant and something is not behaving.
