Is it safe to give you my payment details online?

Do I have to make any further payments
When a booking is confirmed the amount is debited to your account and therefore no extra payment is required for accommodation. You only need to pay the hotel for extras.
Twin room
Contains two single beds in the same room. Suitable for two people.
Double room
Contains one double bed. Suitable for two people.
Single room
Contains one single bed. Suitable for one person.
Triple room
Contains twin or double bed/s + extra bed, or three single beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms.
Quad room
Contains two double beds or four beds in a room suitable for accommodating four adults.
Who do I contact if I have any questions or have a query about my booking?
Always contact us at ask@direct-hotels.com any amendments or cancellations directly with the hotel are invalid.
Why do hotels without immediate availability still show on the system?
Hotels with no availability still show on the system because availability is limited and will have to be requested directly.
Can it take longer then 24 hours to confirm a booking on request?
Some hotels may have limited availability and therefore cannot be confirmed immediately. The request is usually processed within twenty-four hours. Very occasionally it may take longer than that if the hotel reservations office is closed or there are time differences.
What happens to my hotel booking if my transportation (flight,,train...) is delayed or I occur other delays on my journey ?
All hotel rooms will be held until 9am the following morning.
Are my personal details stored safely?
We request information from you on our order form where you must provide contact information name/postal delivery address/telephone number - and financial information - credit/debit card number/expiry date - this information is used for billing purposes and to complete your orders. If we have trouble processing a request this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We would use your telephone number only if we needed to contact you urgently if you had made a mistake entering your details. We store your information for as long as we need to do so in order to fulfil our legal obligations or in order to keep you informed of our products. We use your information to create generic information, which we then use for market and commercial analysis. This generic information does not identify you personally.

2. Cancellation Policy
You wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to contact us by email. We will refund the total amount, except for a administration fee of £10. For late cancellations within 48 hours before arrival, the hotel cancellation policy will apply. This usually amounts the cost of the first night's accommodation.
Once you arrived in the hotel, and you need to depart before the reserved departure date, you will have to contact Direct-Hotels by phone on 02073703844 or e-mail us on
. In this case we can not guarantee the amount of the refund, which is decided by the hotel. The minimum cost will be a charge of 1 extra night.
