Selection of hotel:
After you have made you search and click “check availability”, you can view all search results. You will be able to check all the hotel information, view pictures and a location map. The total price for the entire stay will be shown. (Prices are inclusive of all taxes and breakfast).
Secure Booking order:
when you reach the secure order form, you will notice a number of empty fields where you need to fill in your personal and payment details. You can review all the booking details and will be asked to confirm the booking When we receive your reservation, we will contact the hotel to make sure that the room is available. In the rare case the requested room is not available, we will e-mail you and propose a few alternatives. We suggest you make your booking in advance, especially during busy periods as bank holidays, fairs, etc…
Hotel confirmation:
At this time, when we receive your booking, your credit card details will be processed. You will receive by e-mail your booking confirmation with all the booking details. It is necessary to print out a copy of this e-mail, as a proof of reservation and payment. You will be asked to hand over this voucher at your arrival in the hotel. You will receive your confirmation e-mail within the hour if the booking is made Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 18.00 pm or Saturday from 09.00 to 12.00 am. If you booked at any other time, your confirmation will arrive at the latest the following morning.
